Our facility is ISO9001:2015 certified and has an annual capacity for our white label vape liquids division of 40 million bottles. Our fully automated 10ml lines that are housed in our ISO Class 7 clean rooms enable us to turnaround any OEM e-liquid order within 5 working days and our semi automated short-fill line gives us flexibility between 60ml and 120ml.
Our design team are on hand to help bring your white label e liquid brand to life. From in-house full colour label design and print to in store point of sale creation we are certain we have a track record of helping OEM vaping brands take off.
Our systems enable us to manufacture private label e liquid for brands of all shapes and sizes. Whether you have a single store or two hundred our minimum order quantities on 10ml e liquids are just 10 bottles per SKU and 300 per order. Our shortfill e-liquids come in 6’s per SKU and just 120 bottles per order.
Our bespoke in house e-liquid manufacturing system is the brains behind our flexibility and scaleability. However it also enables us to track all of our raw materials and also our finished OEM e-liquids by batch. Each bottle has a batch number and produced on date sprayed on the bottom of each bottle, with that information we know every last detail that went into producing that product.

We know flavour is key and currently our own label vape liquids have over 70 variants between our 10ml freebase nicotine, 10ml nicotine salt e-liquid and shortfill e-liquids. Flavour was so important to us, which is why our parent company Wilson George Group acquired Advance Flavour Solutions in November 2021.

Yes you can. We are completely flexible with label design as we print all labels in house. You can choose from a White or Silver Peel and Reveal label. There are some restrictions as we must adhere to the TPD regulations. e.g. The labels must carry a 30% Nicotine Warning.
We have 58 flavours in our 10ml freebase range, 26 in our Nic Salt range and 15 in our shortfill range. We are continually adding more flavours so view our ranges here.
In our 10ml freebase nicotine range we offer 18mg, 12mg, 6mg , 3mg and 0mg. In our Nicotine salt range its 20mg, 10mg and 5mg and our shortfills are all 0mg.
